We watched a documentary on Trio tonight called Culture Jam. (Sorry, no link available, but you can check the Trio schedule here.) Every night this week their 9 Sharp program features something counterculture.
A highlight of the show was the Billboard Liberation Front. Please read and accept their use policy, or you'll find yourself someplace scary. Be sure to check out their Manifesto, and then peruse their media gallery. Pretty creative! They do not damage the billboards, and leave the "clean-up crew" some fine beer for the job.
The original culture jammers: Adbusters, primarily known for their magazine, are responsible for devising a number of creative culture jamming campaigns, such as Reclaiming Urban Space.
