And if he can't chew bubble gum and talk at the same time then I say he should chew bubble gum all the time night and day. His mouth should be swaddled with bubble gum

He'll only chew bubble gum if God tells him to. His diction would probably improve. Is it just me, or does Bush slur his speech like he's got a head full of Xanex?
