The Adventures of Sandwichgirl
If you liked this Memphilter thread of old, you'll love Sandwichgirl.
Since the thread of old referenced Buckminster Fuller, I guess this is the appropriate place toi mention that he's getting a stamp.
Fuller, a man who loved efficiency, would likely appreciate triko's gem posted to the sideboard as well: how to tie and lace your shoes. Today I used the "Ian Knot" to tie my shoes, and I can say that it is incontrovertibly the best shoe knot I have ever used. It may well be that the most lasting impact this website has on my life is a shoelace knot that never slips.

I've been walking around all morning with my shoelace untied. No wonder I never earned that knot merit badge.

My God, Destructo's right. If that guy's not a complete liar, that is a place right out of the old west. This one quote is emblamatic of the shenanigans going on down there:
Yeah. That was the year they turned the greenhouse at Pole into a weed emporium. This was also when the Live from Antarctica show was going on. It was the first live video from Pole. They sent a schoolteacher down who was supposed to be Miss Goody-Twoshoes, representing the Live from Antarctica program. She was riding so much cock down there. She would just get done blowing some guy and then jump up, "Hi, students." She was doing the pilots. I think she was screwing around one night with the guy who wanted to put a boot in my head. The Brownie hung out with her.
